How to Participate?

 

 Once allocated a Facilitator, the Early Adopter will:

  • Sign the EAP Cooperation Agreement 
  • Receive the auto-gration plan, technical information and the Early Adopters Programme implementation plan with timeline
  • Provide a description of their data file structure
  • Participate in a kick-off web conference (approximately 2 hours) where Early Adopters will receive training on how to implement and run auto-gration
  • Set up the auto-gration solution in their IT system (includes connector setup, message verification, and identification & security issues), with the full support of the Facilitator
  • Use the auto-gration solution in a number of tests over a period of several months, with the Facilitator being available for support during the entire time
  • Provide feedback to the Facilitator on the performance of the auto-gration system at three defined reporting dates, immediately after implementation, in the middle of the programme and at the end
  • Be invited to join the Memorandum of Understanding, expressing their willingness to continue using and supporting auto-gration post-EAP
  • Be invited to participate in a post-EAP workshop where the auto-gration project will present its results to the public and promote the auto-gration solution

                    • Complete the Register Interest Form to propose your candidature to take part in the Early Adopter Programme (EAP)

                    • Participate in the EAP (Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011)

                    • Provide feedback on the prototype auto-gration performance during the EAP, and on the auto-gration design overall

                    • Continue to use auto-gration after the EAP and join the auto-gration Memorandum of Understanding to demonstrate your commitment and serve as a reference to the industry
                    Large EDI Partners

                    • Complete the Register Interest Form to propose your candidature to take part in the Early Adopter Programme

                    • Participate in the EAP (Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011)

                    • Provide feedback on the auto-gration prototype performance during the EAP, and on the auto-gration design overall

                    • Join the auto-gration Memorandum of Understanding to demonstrate your commitment and serve as a reference to the industry

                    • Deploy auto-gration after EAP for your EDI relationships with SMEs
                    ERP Vendors

                    • Complete the Register Interest Form to propose your candidature to take part in the Early Adopter Programme

                    • Participate in the EAP (Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011)

                    • Provide documentation on your product interface and message mapping

                    • Define mappings from/to your database to/from auto-gration messages

                    • Incorporate support for the auto-gration business processes and messages in your product

                    • Assist your customers participating in the Early Adopter Programme (Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011) by providing them with support in auto-gration-related issues

                    • Provide feedback on the auto-gration prototype performance during the EAP, and on the auto-gration design overall
                    B2B Service Providers

                    • Complete the Register Interest Form to propose your candidature to take part in the Early Adopter Programme

                    • Participate in the EAP (Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011)

                    • Implement the auto-gration Remote Connector and connect several SME Early Adopters

                    • Develop the EDI/auto-gration messages transformation tools in order to manage  business transactions between these SME Early Adopters and their larger partners

                    • Assist your customers participating in the Early Adopter Programme (Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011) by providing them with support in auto-gration-related issues

                    • Provide feedback on the auto-gration prototype performance during the EAP, and on the auto-gration design overall

                     

                    Minimum Requirements to become an Early Adopter SME:

                    • You already do business with an EDI capable partner who is willing to support the auto-gration Early Adopter Programme

                    • You use a computer system (which can generate some sort of data file) to create business documents

                    • You have access to the Internet
