Milestones

The auto-gration project started in January 2010 with a kick-off meeting at the European Commission, and is scheduled to last 2 years, ending in December 2011. During that period it will go through 3 major phases:

auto-gration Architecture development and EAP setup (Jan 2010 - Jun 2011): study of current eBusiness adoption, design of auto-gration Architecture and setup for Early Adopter Programme (EAP)
EAP running and Architecture refining (Mar 2011 – Dec 2011): running of the prototypes by Early Adopters, and auto-gration refining and validation based on feedback data from them
Dissemination of results (Sep 2011 – Dec 2011): presentation of the project's results and promotion of its adoption

In each of these 3 phases several milestones must be reached, which together define the project road map and serve as a progress metric for the work. These milestones, in chronological order, are:
